Guess which person has certain things he "doesn't give" ... and has "zero" of them to "not give" ...???
I’m willing to bet Bolton would be a hostile witness for the Dems. He’ll give them nothing.
(Pelosi was in such a hurry to impeach she didn't jump through the hoops necessary to get Bolton and other hostile witnesses subpoenaed. Too late.)
And Schumer and Pelosi are just spinning their wheels because NP didn't include, in her articles of impeachment, any Constitutionally valid crimes.
Bolton is just a deep state clown who's greatest achievement was being a pawn of Gutfeld on Red Eye.

That is the question. I am of the belief that he will not. I think he is trolling them. When or if he does testify the media will make it a must see event, they will announce with bated breath that victory is at last in hand.
Bolton with then smash their dreams and feast on their Lamentations. Remember he might be ticked off at Trump but he really hates democrats and knows they hate him back.
If Bolton really wanted to harm Trump he would have done it in this book and he did not.
I don’t trust the guy one bit. He’s actually somebody who has nothing to lose by throwing Trump under the bus unlike the many senators who have to run for re-election.

He was also prepared to testify in the House but no one asked him to. That is on the dems. Had they done a through investigation there would be no impeachment because all of Bolton’s testimony is exculpatory
IF he has something he really wants to say he doesn't need a subpoena. He can just testify and nothing the white house says matters.

About what? The obstruction of Congress charge or the abuse of power charge? Does he have relevant information about either? Isn’t the investigation stage supposed to be before they charge you?

Even if Bolton responds to a subpoena, he is still subject to Executive Privilege. Unlike the House in the Senate a WH legal counsel will tell his attorney what is privileged and what is not, he can only answer if his comments are not covered by Executive Privilege.
The only way he can answer if privilege is claimed is to take it to court and a the courts rule it is not privileged information. Imagine how long they would be in court examining every question the WH Counsel does not allow Bolton to answer.
