In 2004, the U.S. Department of Defense released a report warning that by 2020, major European cities would be under water, Britain would be plunged into a "Siberian" climate and the world would be teetering on anarchy, with mega-droughts, famine and widespread rioting.
The secret Pentagon report, the Observer reported at the time, was, suppressed by American defense chiefs, noted John Nolte of Breitbart News.
The report said abrupt climate change could bring the world to the edge of anarchy as countries develop a nuclear threat to defend and secure dwindling food, water and energy supplies.
"Disruption and conflict will be endemic features of life," concluded the Pentagon analysis. "Once again, warfare would define human life."
Climate change "should be elevated beyond a scientific debate to a US national security concern," said the authors, Peter Schwartz, CIA consultant and former head of planning at Royal Dutch/Shell Group, and Doug Randall of the California-based Global Business Network.

yep ,the Pentagon has no clue about the Weather
Once the temperature drops due to decreased solar activity they will have to adjust their propaganda.
I thought we had 11 years! Now it’s happening this year??? Wtf
Its embarrassing that someone from the Pentagon sponsered this nonsense, but clearly it was BS and didnt come to fruition, and the ‘suppression’ of it was because others at the Pentagon realized it was pure crap and were probably shaking their heads in disgust.
Glad we thought ahead and moved from 12 feet above sea level to over 5,000 feet above sea level.

The debate is over? Sound familiar?
Political correctness is communist propaganda writ small. In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One's standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.
Probably someone thinking ahead as to where we would tie up our Navy ships.
Even in 2004 kooky Leftist's were the norm in government.
I wouldnt say they are the norm in the DoD, but they are present in enough numbers to be more than a nuisance.
Yep... a ridiculous study by REMF progressives (who have been infiltrating the military for years). These same people have also been busy recruiting more leftists into the military and promoting leftist policies to weaken us.
Earth is staffed by incompetents.
Did they say at the beginning of 2020 or the end? If the latter, then we still have time to save the earth.
Is the Pentagon still buying that very expensive Bio Fuel from Obama’s friends ?
Yep, 'settled science'...
But you’re now 4988 feet closer to the burning sun.
It did rain unexpectedly a little bit yesterday morning.
Yeah, and Popular Mechanics told us that we would be in flying cars by the 2000’s.
Further proof that “Military Intelligence” is an oxymoron.
