FRiend you are welcome to just focus on the narrow spectrum of this recent initiative...

Surprisingly for this forum I'm focusing on the article which is about refugees and Republican governors.

However, I am going to lump all the newcomers together because refugees, asylees, migrants, illegal aliens all go into same pot and can be used to leverage elections.

That's fine, but excuse me if I want to comment on the actual posted article.

Well you certainly are excused to surprisingly post on the actual article...And I am glad you responded so kindly...

My hope is that other readers are becoming aware of who these NGOs really are and their activities...

The actual posted article is highlighting a much bigger issue...One that I will post on when I have time.

I couldn’t agree more. I have nothing but disdain for these fake “religious” groups that profit by bringing in more “refugees”. I once was ELCA but escaped that phony religious group. Yuck.

If both legal and illegal immigrant were turning into Republicans in overwhelming numbers then all immigration would stop tomorrow, bank on it.

Couldn’t agree more!!

Lots & lots of rhinos & lyin democrats here. It makes me ill. I know Herbert wants to bring more illegals in. Why? What are they providing the St of UT? Nothing that I can see.

Well they fill up the classrooms. Then we get to hear moans about how there’s not enough money for education. Guess what - there never will be.

And they sure keep the police busy. Just watch the Salt Lake TV stations for a week and try to convince me otherwise.

But don’t worry, we’ll raise your gas and food taxes to pay for it all. Mexification of Utah has been underway for a long time. Just picking up speed recently.

If you’re a resident of Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, or West Virginia who voted Republican in your state’s most recent gubernatorial race, did you also hope your vote would help facilitate the voluntary admission of more refugees from the third world?

Not West Virginia. The current Republican Governor was NOT the Republican nominee for Governor, he switched parties (though he had only just switched to rat to run for Governor for some reason, probably to avoid a GOP primary against a real conservative).

That’s how it *should* work. But, as a practical matter, how would he actually be able to pull it off?

If that’s what he ultimately accomplishes, I’m 10/10 behind him.
