Perhaps - but the more youthful ones wouldn’t be there without the examples and tutelage of the elders..kind of shows respect to allow the elders be in the van.
At least that’s the point of view of this “elder” 67 year old.

I’m going through a Severe mid life crisis at 51 and I like to make believe I’m closer to 30 than 70!!!

You get that queasy feeling that you didn’t accomplish nearly as much as you thought you were gonna and then you dive hear first into denial :)
