2019 fourth warmest year on record (for the 2nd year in a row)

Despite its three summer heatwaves 2019 was only the fourth warmest year since records began in 1833. The average temperature at the KMI’s Ukkel (Brussels) weather centre in 2019 was 11.5°C.

The warmest year since records began is shared between 2014 and 2018. Then the average temperature was 11.9°C. The third warmest year on record was 2011 in which the average temperature at the Ukkel Weather Centre 11.6°C. 2019 had the same annual average temperature as 2007.

There were a lot of hours of sunlight in 2019. The sun shone for a total of 1,757 and 30 minutes. This is 200 hours more than in an average. 2019 was the 5th sunniest year on record.

Rainfall was pretty much average with a total of 798.6mm of rain falling over 182 days.

December was a relatively warm month with average temperatures of 5.9°C.

This is curious.

2019 was the fourth hottest year on record.

Interestingly 2018 was also the fourth hottest year on record.

What's even more interesting is both these fourth hottest days on record have DROPPED from the hottest year on record which was reported to be 2016.

For the last two years we have been pumping billions of tons of CO2 into the atmosphere and not only has the temperature of the earth dropped from the 2016 high but this is the second year it hasn't gotten hotter.

It’s Official: 2018 Was the Fourth-Warmest Year on Record

This is great news! Because it may delay onset of next ice age by at least a couple of years. Last ice age had 4 mile thick ice glaciers sitting on top of where Chicago is. I can’t even imagine how catastrophic next ice age will be.

The global warming which followed the last ice age melted all those ice glaciers forming the largest body of non-salty water on earth, which we call the Great Lakes.

Geological evidence shows ice ages return every 12-25k year intervals.

[[we have been pumping billions of tons of CO2 into the atmosphere and not only has the temperature of the earth dropped]]

This is just one of the proofs that CO2 does NOT cause climate change

Ice cores also prove that CO2 rises only AFTER temperatures rise- by 100’s of years- it is temperatures that cause CO2 to rise, not CO2 that causes temperatures to rise

Update from the "Heads I Win, Tails You Lose" crowd -- weather is not the same thing as climate, unless we want to cherrypick some data to support our unscientific AGW agenda.

Fanf’ntastic! Here in Northern Kentucky I was playing cornhole on Christmas Day in short sleeves. Projected highs in 50s through mid January, I’m loving it.

I’m in SW Ohio (Dayton) where many, many moons ago was covered by a 2-mile thick glacier.

What caused the glacier to melt back to the Arctic?

HINT: Look up toward that giant nuclear fireball in the sky....

“Despite its three summer heatwaves 2019 was only the fourth warmest year since records began in 1833.”

So, less than 200 years out of 4.5 billion years.

Size of our Sun:
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Size of planet earth:
.

IOW Sun is more than million times bigger than planet earth. But some people think our climate is not affected by the Sun, but is affected by mankind. Planet earth weighs million times more than all man made objects.

The atmosphere is nearly 6 quadrillion tons- man’s CO2 amounts to just 0.00136% of that

There is no way that such a small amount can possibly blanket the globe to trap enough heat to cause global climate change-

To put it in perspective- take the . you posted, and put it on top of all the O’s you posted- that would be fairly representative of CO2 to atmosphere comparison- There is just so little of the “.” that it can’t possibly cover all of the “O’s” You posted

BUT- climate liars expect us to believe that 0.00136% of our atmosphere somehow is able to blanket the globe and trap enough heat to cause a rise in temperature-

another analogy i like to state is as follows

Take an Olympic sized pool of 100 degree water- then take 4 Five gallon pails of 110 degree water and dump that into the pool and see what the net effect is (4 five gallon pails roughly equates to 0.00136% of an Olympic pool’s water volume)- What will happen? Will the pool become ‘catastrophically hot’?

The answer is -No it won’t, and nothing will happen- the hotter 110 degree water immediately reaches equilibrium- it becomes 100 degrees because it gets overwhelmed by all of the 100 degree water in the pool

Man isn’t causing climate change, no way no how- We would have to produce many magnitudes more CO2 to even begin having an effect

Yup! Simple solution. Quit recording. Before records it was never too hot or too cold. It was just right. 🌞🎄
