My guess is that these 18 (wow! What and army) Gestapo enforcers will confine themselves to the “safer” northern climes of leftist control, like Fairfax County and surrounding areas. They’ll do this as a “Sabre rattling” threat.

They assume back up would come. Local LEO’s are probably not going to back up these goons who are shooting and killing their neighbors if they have walking around sense.
This doesn’t add up, an 18 person team assuming 4% resistance would be like the first wave at Tarawa Beach. They have to sleep and they have to live some where.
I would bet that there will be no call for backup, they likely will not have the chance to make that call.
