you are neglecting the fact that black turnout in the urban areas of PA and MI was significantly less in 2016; should overall black turnout increase, the loss in the male sector will be offset by the increase in the females...and that assumes that the white trump cohort that went for Trump in 2016 remains as cohesive, a large assumption...
