a number of conservative Christians remain deeply uncomfortable with an alliance with the president.

I think that conservative Christians are deeply comfortable with the conservative Federalist Society judges being appointed by President Trump, because those judges aren't going to rule that Christians have "to bake the cake" or kill babies.

WHEREAS, atheist Commie partisan Democrat Federal "judges" will order the Christians to pray to false gods, and have sex with their own children, while CNNMSNBCCBSABC cheer on the crazed Sodomites on the bench.

What about Romans 13:1-5?

Submission to Governing Authorities

1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. 4 For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.

OG! I’m a conservative and I think Trump should be impeached!

OG! I’m a Christian conservative and I think Trump should be impeached

The media: Oh we love you we love you we want to interview you we want you on our program today

Bottom line is is were on to them

Even people that didn’t vote for our great and wonderful president Donald J Trump clearly see what is going on and clearly see the economy and what this president has done for this great country and that will be the end of it

It’s like Romney, they love him when he speaks out against Trump.

When he was running against Obama, he was Hitler.

Faith in Christ was the rock upon which His church was built, not Peter. Agreed on the ther points though.

Totally manufactured narrative.

I’m as conservative an evangelical as you can get and I will crawl over broken glass come November to vote for Trump if need be. #oneoforiginalbrokenglassrepublicans

**Jesus Christ Himself knew that a flawed man with a worldly temperament was needed to protect His flock, while a devoted, virtuous disciple wasn’t up to the task. John was the apostle whose faith and devotion were so sincere that he was the only one to follow Christ to His fate on Calvary.**

Peter was the only one with faith enough to walk on water (if only for a few steps. Still an amazing thing). John was truly a great man. Yet, as the Lord quoted Zech. 13:7 (Matt. 26:31Mark 14:27, John skeedaddled with the rest of the disciples. (Matt. 26:56, and Mark 14:50; KJV).

Both Peter and John followed from a distance, with John getting them both inside the high priest palace grounds, because he was known to the maid at the gate.

**That’s why he was the only one who didn’t have to die a martyr.**

Please show the reference to prove that being the reason. (thank you in advance.

**Peter — perhaps the most flawed apostle of them all.**

I know that this is an understatment, but Judas Iscariot wins that description.

Many bible stories have gotten tweaked through the centuries (such as the wise men showing up at the stable); some customs that were pagan have been embraced by Christianity (christmas tree; burning a ‘yule log’).

Likewise, Peter has been viewed as an utter failure. Nevermind things like going to catch a fish, that the Lord said would have a ‘piece of money’ in it’s
mouth.

Matt. 20:20 mentions John’s mother petitioning Jesus for second in command seating for both John and James. And they were right there with her! (Maybe a little embarassed afterwords though)

Galli ran straight to CNN after publishing his garbage. that pretty much tells you he is an attention seeking Democrat or Quisling Republican.

It isn’t insane if your real religion is “Social Justice.” Antonio Gramsci’s Marxist “March through the Institutions” has made great inroads into the Church.

    Surprise, surprise ...
  1. Galli announced his retirement and then sabotaged the magazine with his parting editorial.
  2. He is from California and went to UC Santa Cruz.
  3. He previously was a Presbyterian pastor and relinquished his ordination when he became a journalist. He also switched from Presbyterian to Anglican.
  4. He and his wife paid $9,894 (2018) in property taxes.

Matt Galli:

Before becoming a journalist he was a Presbyterian pastor for 10 years; he subsequently changed his denominational affiliation to Anglican.[5]

Galli, a native of California, is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and holds a M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary.[5]

Roger E. Olson described Galli in 2011 as, "a serious evangelical scholar with an irenic approach to controversial material."[6]

In October 2019, Galli announced his retirement from Christianity Today, effective January 3, 2020.[7]

Did Christ Himself whisper this in your ear? If not, you’re merely expressing an opinion, an opinion by the way which hundreds of millions of Christians over the last 20 centuries have not shared.
