One of the top impeachment witnesses the Democrats presented in their case against President Donald Trump, just took a hatchet to the plans of Nancy Pelosi to gain the upper hand against Senate Republicans in any trial against Trump.
Harvard Law professor Noah Feldman said in an op-ed on Thursday that Democrats have not yet impeached the president despite their vote last night.
Uh, oh!
Feldman’s op-ed at Bloomberg News comes as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is considering withholding sending the articles of impeachment to the Senate because she is worried that the political trial would be biased in favor of the president.
“So far we haven’t seen anything that looks fair to us,” Pelosi told reporters last night. “That would’ve been our intention, but we’ll see what happens over there.”
Feldman noted that “according to the Constitution, impeachment is a process, not a vote,” and that while a modest delay would not pose a problem, a lengthy delay would be a “serious problem.”

I have no interest at all in the current dumbed-down Democrat Party.
When I was young, there were many Democrats for whom one could have respect, even while disagreeing with them.
Today, I can’t think of a prominent Democrat who hasn’t crossed over into ‘Virulently Anti-American and Crazy’.
Pelosi and Schumer have especially shown themselves as absolute political whores.

Everyone also says the Senate tries an impeachment by the House.
So why aren’t they holding the trial now?

This insistence that Trump is not impeached just makes the FR look like a kook site to normal people who have IQs over 100.

I'm saying that Trump could tweet out some mockery taking back everything he said about being impeached, and get away with taking it back.
He simply doesn't give a crap what the Democrats think, what you think, or what some of his advisors think about "framing the argument".

He was impeached, he knows he was impeached, Limbaugh knows he was impeached, Hannity knows, Elder knows, Prager knows, most people know he was impeached, McConnell knows he was impeached, the house minority leader knows he was impeached, i know he was impeached, You however keep stirring the pot with a made up scenario.

There is no precedent for it so it hasn’t been defined yet IMO.
I think it would be entirely fair to define it as “not impeached” if the articles are never sent to the Senate.
