I asked a question regarding whether impeachment would have occurred if the papers had not been sent to the senate.

If Pelosi and democrats retreat and fail to send the impeachment papers to the senate...

Will it mean that Trump WAS NOT IMPEACHED?

There is no precedent for it so it hasn’t been defined yet IMO.
I think it would be entirely fair to define it as “not impeached” if the articles are never sent to the Senate.
