“double-secret probation?” WTF? Letting the government police itself is letting the wolves guard the chicken.
Its moronic
Only in your dreams.
“The FBI’s handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the OIG report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above,” Rosemary Collyer, presiding judge with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, wrote in an order released by the court.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Judge Rosemary Collyer has smelled this POS all along.
Glad to see a judge with spine to apply the laws vs. obstruct/resist
this could bring some PAIN to comey and all those that signed and submitted fraudulent documents to the FISA court
FBI and CIA.
FBI and CYA was a typo/Freudian slip.
They have been so slow they look corrupt to most Americans. They could have done something about this a very long time ago. There needs to be a very serious review of the judges assigned to that court.
This a show-cause ruling. Durham would use the results for prosecution, or the Judge could hold defendants in contempt and jail them.
This means nothing unless the court is willing to pursue action against the criminals.
Boy, a regular Sherlock Holmes over there ...
the FISA court KNOWINGLY played along,
and still evades accountability.
ALL seditionists should hang.
They are only being spurred to action at this late date due to the perception that the FISC act might not be renewed, and they’ll lose their six-figure do-nothing rubber stamp gigs.
How about we take the aid from Ukraine and give it to Carter Page lets watch the heads EXPLODE!!!
Shouldn’t the warrants be rescinded as well? They were fraudulently received...so they should be revoked. All evidence and any investigation that stemmed from them revoked as well.
Not sure this court has that authority. However, it sure adds more evidence following the Inspector General's report and gives Durham's investigation solid targets for criminal indictment.
Action? This isn’t action.
They didn’t hold anyone in contempt. And they let the order stand. They should have at least rescinded the orders.
Sure they do.
Go lie to a judge. See what happens.
Don’t worry, the FBI promises to make 40 changes!
I’m convinced!
