I've been saying for a long time that both of Flynn's legal teams have one thing in common: They apparently represent a moron as a client.

I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that it is very difficult to change a guilty plea after the case has already been effectively "closed" and no new facts related to the particular charge(s) are even being alleged.

Maybe this would have been an entirely different story if Sidney Powell had been Flynn's attorney from Day 1.

I thought Powell’s case centered around the FBI modified the 302’s making it appear that Flynn lied.

Did the judge not think the modified 302’s were significant?

Agreed. A better idea would be to not talk to the FBI without legal counsel present.

Unless you are discussing the weather or baseball, it does not matter - have legal counsel present.
