I thought Powell’s case centered around the FBI modified the 302’s making it appear that Flynn lied.

Did the judge not think the modified 302’s were significant?

Powell made a very strong case -- but her argument was one that should have been made long before he pleaded guilty to the charge of lying to the FBI.

By pleading guilty Flynn admitted to specific facts related to the case, and going back two years later and claiming in a court filing that things did NOT happen the way you already admitted they did is a tough legal obstacle to overcome.

He said the changes made weren't material. I thought the same thing when I saw them.

U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan tries to pass himself off as a maverick which is BS. He is just another deep state rat.
