Hate is not a crime but assault is. hate crime legislation is just another way to get criminals off.

The media and left will tell you the kid who was beaten was guilty of the hate crime. He triggered these innocent black kids by wearing that racist hat. Absolutely no sarcasm on my part either, its the America that poor white kid is living in.

The point is that “hate crime” elevates the penalties and these kids, who certainly deserved more severe charges and penalties, won’t get them. Had the races been reversed, however, they would most certainly have gotten them.

That’s the issue. I don’t like the “hate crime” stuff either, but that’s how it is.

I do too but as long as the legal momster exists, it needs to be applied to all, or none.

Until we get back to none, it needs to be applied to everyone.
