Amazon Christmas Ad Promotes Lesbian Relationships

It seems like there’s no shortage of alphabet soup in the diet of media consumption during [current year]. The buffet of pop-culture offerings seems to be dwindling down heteronormative standards in place of trying to adhere to the whims of the Twitter hordes and Portland-esque propaganda puppets who want all things Rainbow Reich controlling media, politics, and society in general. This became evident with Amazon’s Christmas ad, which decided to fall lock-step in sync with [current year] trends.

The ad is a minute and a half long, and it was originally published back on November 3rd, 2019 over on Amazon’s YouTube channel. You can check it out below.

The theme of the ad is that a bunch of people are singing and talking about love and crap, and they show people hugging, holding hands and showing very light public displays of affection.

However, at the 49 second mark there’s a couple that runs and embraces with the biggest, longest kiss of the ad. However, it’s not a man and a woman… it’s a woman and a woman.

The first woman races toward the second woman who has her back to the camera. The first woman, a white woman with the sides of her head shaved, jumps into the embrace of a smaller Asian woman with dark hair. That’s when they kiss… for seconds on end.

The moments that don’t involve the kiss between these two are brief; fleeting faster than a dove out of a fog during an east coast thunderstorm.

In total, they spend close to four seconds on the lesbian couple, two of which are completely centered on the kiss itself. In other words, half the time that the lesbians were depicted in their sequence was focused on the kiss.

Expect the typical Centrists™ to run to the defense of the ad as they usually do, likely while they dress up their kid in drag clothing or allow their wife’s boyfriend to take them to dinner and a movie.

As a long term costumer I am writing to say that I intend to cease or drastically minimize my purchasing from you in response to your inconsiderate offensive video ad featuring lesbians kissing each other, which promotes sinful and deleterious immorality.

Your cowardly decision to give in to the implacable demand of this movement is an attack on faithful Christians, and thus you can hardly expect support of your business when other viable options exist. And of course your increasingly liberal trajectory is consistent with your owners ideology, but which I have shown tolerance to until you finally crossed the line with this “holiday ad.

May God have mercy on those responsible for your flagrant promotion of iniquity.

As with politics we often must do with the best we can, all things considered. As an alternative to Amazon there is Walmart, often cheaper though with less variety, but who are just less liberal.

He owns the Washington Post. Seems most of the fake news is generated by the Washington Post. The WP will say something them every news station will say, “The Washington Post is reporting ...... “ I believe the WP generates even more fake news than the NYT.

I know you can hardly escape dong business with companies that to varying degrees do obeisance to the image of Sodom, which is why I said we often must do with the best we can, all things considered.

Thus I did not stop my normal recourse to Amazon when its prices were better on certain items (and there service has been very good) until in my judgment this current egregious example.

Living off the land is attractive, but we here are mainly in this city to minister to people.

Aside from Walmart, and Home Depot and the like as regards wide-scope online comparison shopping then there is Ebay, but which means more directly supporting China (though much comes via Hong Kong).

But thank God we can buy anything. May it all be used for His purposes and to His glory.

Agreed but it is very tough as the left coopts a lot of business these days. Unless one becomes a hermit and never buys anything it will be difficult to be pure. I avoid the most egregious companies if there is an alternative but if none I bite the bullet and get what one needs. Fortunately my needs are minimal.
