My husband noticed in the video that starts with Schiff on stage, that a bearded man in a light suit had words with a protestor, shook hands and then put his hand in the left jacket pocket of the protestor.

It's right around :47-:49 seconds.

I wonder why? Did he pick his pocket or insert something?
