I see the Labour MPs now blaming Corbyn. They probably have wanted to get rid of him for a long time, but just couldn’t before. Of course doesn’t fix the underlying problem of broken leadership elections system.

Well, the good thing is the projections were very accurate. It’s a landslide.

The Prime Minister is a Member of Parliament and is elected in his or her own individual district. The Prime Minister is chosen by the majority party and then formally appointed as the Prime Minister by the Queen.

They’ll have no problem finding a KKKalifornia judge to overturn this vote by misguided Brits.
Do I really need to put a /sarc on it?

They first need to fix this primary because it is not working. Only 3% of their voters showing up and it is the radical 3%. US presidential primaries have ~50% of the voters showing up so it is a different level.

I meant the leadership election. It had 500k turnout in 2016 while the Labour vote in 2017 was 12.8 millions. Had it wrong as it is 4% not 3, but the logic is still the same. Regular people just don’t vote there and radicals do.
