I care too much about my health to ever watch any such things, particularly as involves Congress. With Congress, ever since live TV coverage of Congress began, it is 100% show trials with the politicians vying for how many points they can win from the media, and the point of the media is not to inform, just to tell a story, the politically biased story they want to tell. The politicians, knowing that, are trying to out-media the media, and are there - trying to stand out from the crowd when they speak - just to put their own political spin on everything. The whole show is not good for the body-politic’s mental health.
