Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill say local police who do not enforce gun control measures likely to pass in Virginia should face prosecution and even threats of the National Guard.
After November's Virginia Legislature elections that led to Democrats taking control of both chambers, the gun control legislation proposed by some Democrats moved forward, including universal background checks, an “assault weapons” ban, and a red flag law.
Legal firearm owners in the state, however, joined with their sheriffs to form Second Amendment sanctuary counties, which declare the authorities in these municipalities uphold the Second Amendment in the face of any gun control measure passed by Richmond.

May I suggest the next 2 classes you take are a STOP THE BLEED free class at many hospitals for immediate action trauma response and a LEGAL ASPECTS OF CONCEALED CARRY.
As an example there is a Clements Park parking lot next to Columbine HS. As it is rented out to the school for student parking, it is school property during school hours and thus federally illegal to have a gun outside of your car in the parking lot during the day.

1. Message to the NRA: Get out of VA. It won’t be safe there for long.
2. Message to call GOP/conservative politicians in VA: stay armed and aware of your surroundings at all times, as possible assassination attempts and/or retaliations are possible from your enemies (e.g. antifa).
And with that said...
3. Any public official wishing to pass, enforce, or adjudicate the un-constitution acts should become just that - PUBLIC officials. I’ll let the reader translate what that means.
4. TN, NC, WV, and Appalachia will may need to establish safe spaces, and guidelines on how spaces should conduct themselves.
5. Create a network of those known for and/or experienced with off-the-record emergency medical procedures.
6. VA: start gathering a list of trustworthy interior assets within the Commonwealth for intelligence gathering. Trust must be earned not just by words, but by actions.

Its times like these that leads to warranted conversations such as this. I applaud such threads as opposed to the ‘we’re all gonna die and there’s nothing we can do’ comments. Yes. we’re all gonna die. Die standing up. Die standing for something. Stop waiting and/or predicting the start of CWII. It’s here. It’s been here at least from noon on January 20, 2017. If you accept that fact alone, your thinking on everything else changes.

Even the mighty imperial Japan knew that back in the 40's and why they never attempted an invasion. Any individual or group who wants to go head to head with trained LE or Military is welcome to do so. There will be no winning that face off.
The time for the sanctuary counties to create militias is now. Resolutions are paper and mean nothing to a determined enemy. Official county militia, led by an executive and the sheriff with parade, drills, range practice. Put all those privately owned ARs to good use.
If the sanctuary counties don’t do this now they will lose. Perfect, undeniable use of the 2nd.

This list is not my own. It comes from my late departed friend, Mike Vanderboegh of Pinson, Alabama.
I'd agree with the sentiment. However, how it will actually fall out is yet to be seen. I'd like to think the NG would simply refuse to be brown (or red) shirts. Until the situation actually comes up though, we won't really know.
Another would be Hams. Keep your messages short. They can triangulate on transmissions, just like we can, and it’s all in the clear. Code books would be useful, but until the SHTF, will be hard to develop and distribute.
Also, and largely unheralded, the 9th Circuit Court just got flipped.
That might start making a difference out here on the left coast.
Sounds to me like they are asking for special recall elections, and I don’t mean for the Sheriffs! Sounds like the Virginia Democrats have gone full retard.
I don’t know if the Virginia state constitution allows recall. Anyone know?
