President Donald Trump has ushered in the end of an era — no more will liberals dominate the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and use the federal appellate court as a rubber stamp for defeating pro-life legislation and pushing abortion on demand.

Today the U.S. Senate voted to confirm Deputy Assistant Attorney General Lawrence VanDyke to serve on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. President Trump nominated VanDyke in September.

He is a committed and strong 'constitutionalist' who will uphold the values and deeply held beliefs of our nation. VanDyke joins the ranks of over 150 judges confirmed to the court by President Trump – judges of the highest caliber with respect for the Constitution and the rights of all people.

I suspect that this is part of the reason he has not acted on the Deep State yet. He did not have the judiciary behind him to make the charges stick.

And so while media attention is riveted on the impeachment, PDJT is quietly continuing to stack the courts with conservative judges.

They are impeaching him because they don’t like who won the election.

They started talking about it since the moment he got elected, before he even took office.

The importance of getting the 9th circus to the point of equilibrium between dems and Republicans is that the dirtbag Federal district judges that the Dems forum shop in California to kill Trump’s executive orders for the nation will know that there is now a strong likelihood that 2 of the 3 judges reviewing their political decisions from the 9th circuit appellate bench will be Republicans that will overturn it within weeks of their promulgating it. No more waiting months and years for the Supreme Court to overturn it. They will actually have to make the decision based on the law not their Dem leanings. Checkmate.
