When the civil war era politicians drafted the 14th amendment, they intended to create a civil right to body mutilation surgery?
Let the judge pay for those surgeries. The American people are fed up with the judges of this country making us pay for anything more. Just say no.

Additionally more than 40 percent of those completing the surgery change their minds afterwards and/or become suicidal. Gender dysphoria is a very serious mental illness, adding or cutting off a d*ck is not a medically sound solution.

Face it. Many judges are neither decent nor wise. In a sane world this would be appealed to the Supreme Court and if it were wise and decent, it would put an end to this lunacy.
