As far as I can tell he only said there was no evidence of bias in opening the CI investigation. He doesn't say anything about everything that Crossfire Hurricane did once the investigation got going. He just confirmed to Graham that Steele was biased.

Just came on line and have not read any comments. I have watched it all and I have never heard a more compelling opening statement than Graham’s. And Horowitz is being utterly truthful and forthright - meaning he is 100% helping our side, which is the side of the truth.
