Unfortunately, there is a Madison Investment Fund, so if it hasn't been set up already, the trademark would have to be secured for The Madison Fund. He mentions at the end of the lecture that he got a lot of mail from people asking if they could get in touch with the fund for a case of theirs, offering to make sizable contributions, etc. It's a great idea! And a lot has happened since early 2016, but such an organization should have been set up in 1932, if not earlier.
I did find one such organization inspired by Murray:

For sure.
They did it.
We should already be doing it.
Hopefully, we WILL do it.
And dare the talking anuses (or ani - both mean Democrat) to do anything about it.

What form would conservative disobedience take? Not paying your taxes? That would be the most logical but youd need to be prepared to go to the poor house or to jail. Seems like there must be something else a conservative could do.

Been thinking about this a lot today -
Wear it like a badge of honor! First I was a BITTER CLINGER, then I was DEPLORABLE, and now I am in CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS!
I'm self identifying and confessing that what the dems are trying to do is CONTEMPTABLE, and I hold them in the utmost CONTEMPT.
Come and get me, Schitt...

Conservative disobedience? Does that mean like, I no longer have to put my trash in a receptacle at tea party rallies?

I like my idea of identifying counties that can roll back unconstitutional laws.....and enforce them by a sheriff and a militia by statute.
Mike Vanderboegh-style, and watch everyone lose their shiite.

So he took his idea from a general model of self-defense legal services. Interesting. But he seemed to be a little too much in favor of contemporary multiculturalism with huge inflows of countercultures, which has been a balkanizing, troublemaking influence in recent years.

I’m also against some of the less reasonable regulations, by the way. But was the outrageous, Obama Administration era sweetheart deal on wood stoves between manufacturers and the EPA reversed, for example? Probably not. Money, money.
And no, I’m not in favor of stopping federal work against the influx of harmful drugs, either (as mentioned by the speaker in regards to states’ rights). That’s a national defense problem and needs to be solved. Besides, many are pretty steamed about it.
