I don’t believe a governor can unilaterally do this. We shall see.

@$$holes like Northam, Bloomer, Warren, Buttgig need to brush up on Constitutional Law!

No court, no politician, no state or federal Judges (including the SCOTUS) have the authority to Infringe upon the 2ND!

Every single gun law passed is Unconstitutional and the Courts and Politicians get away with it ... Only because the people are too dumb or too lazy to do anything about it!

Again .. The Constitution is a control on Government ... Not a 'granter of rights'.
(Rights are natural and God given!)

And so it begins....how will he know, who has what?

In typical radical, liberal, Democrat fashion, they’re painting themselves into a corner. At some point, they’re going to write and pass a law for this. When they do that, and they will, they’re going to have to decide if any exemptions are going to be included for the police. If so, the government is creating two separate classes of people.

Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins is going to be a busy man as he deputizes everyone in the county that wants their ARs. If he does that, other counties will soon follow his lead. Those counties should already be talking about seceding to Tennessee, Kentucky or West Virginia.

And Republicans here in Arizona LAUGHED when I wrote a resolution to become a Second Amendment Sanctuary County. It passed unanimously. This is a war with no rules. It’s going to get ugly.

The Federal government needs to start enforcing the 2nd amendment against liberal states and localities.

The Virginia State Constitution is very clear, in Article 13 it states-

‘That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.’
