Just regarding the issue of prisoners — here, in Canada, male-to-female trannie prisoners are allowed to serve their time in women’s prisons. Women’s prisons are far, far “nicer” facilities than men’s & have much less violence. Most often these trannies are still-intact males. Apparently, the safety of female prisoners is not considered, when assigning male (fake female) prisoners to live amongst them. I defer to the other commentators here, regarding your more general questions.
