House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) failed to swear in the two counsels for both the Democrats and Republicans prior to their opening statements in Mondays impeachment inquiry hearing.
Though staff members are not typically sworn in, witnesses must be sworn in and deliver testimony under oath.
Both Democrat counsel Barry Berke and Republican Counsel Stephen Castor delivered opening statements. Berke in particular made several factual assertions many of which were dubious at best, and outright false at worst.

This PROVES (at least to me) that the left is playing a game with impeachment, knew they had to cross the line but did not want to be subject to perjury!!!

I think the release of the IG report will put impeachment down the drain.
If democrats still vote for impeachment knowing what’s in the IG report then they are on a suicide mission.

Then cancel these fake hearing fake testimonies right out.
Shut down the sham show.

The GOP should demand it be done over again in order to make it semi-valid. Dont let those POS Democrats get away with this. They wouldnt ignore it if we had made this mistake.
To: blueyon
That is very surprising for a pedantic turd.

Who is it that moves to table everything that Nadler cannot handle within the rules of the committee?
