President Trump on Monday hailed a new report from the Justice Department inspector general, claiming it showed FBI officials attempted an “an overthrow of government” by investigating his 2016 presidential campaign.
“This was an overthrow of government, this was an attempted overthrow and a lot of people were in on it and they got caught, they got caught red-handed,” Trump said in the Cabinet Room at the White House during a roundtable event on education.
“I think I'm going to put this down as one of our great achievements. Because what we found and what we saw — never, ever should this happen again in our country,” Trump continued.
Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s lengthy report issued Monday, however, said that FBI agents were not motivated by political bias in deciding to open investigations into Trump campaign associates and aides during 2016 as part of the probe into Russian election interference, undercutting a key talking point put forth by Trump and his Republican allies.

If this attempted overthrow of a sitting President is not "politically bias" wtf is.
The systemic problem with the FISA court is its apparent “rubber-stamp” behavior to FBI requests that should have raised all kinds of red flags. Shouldn’t the judges have demanded a higher standard and more vetting of the evidence given the fact that these were not terrorists or white supremacists but campaign officials and associates of the opposition candidate for President? Aren’t these judges subject to impeachment for malfeasance or failure to uphold the law? The FBI should never have been granted the warrants based on the questionable nature of the evidence and we still don’t know why.

Ill trust Trump has a hand in its release and wants to get this impeachment out of the way to unleash the dogs of war on the Dems, where he can then demand prosecutions...

Not politically biased in opening it, but once under way and knowing it was bogus then certainly so as they knew they never briefed Trump as should have been done.
Horowitz goes under oath Wednesday. Of course, it is Graham’s committee.
I try to be optimistic, see hope. It’s sure difficult these days.
Seeing Brennan hung in front of The U.S. Capitol Building would certainly help perk me up.
During the first year of Trump I had high hopes for dismantling 'The Swamp'.
After all the TICK TOCKS, BOMBSHELLS, and BOOMS that turned out to be BUSTS I have pretty much given up expecting any meaningful change.
The only hope I see is for a top Deep State insider to publicly or anonymously come forward with inner-circle information but that's highly unlikely.
The Deep State will always protect itself.
Start executing the guilty.
Durham and Barr bth released statements disagreeing with Horowitz conclusion in this regard. Meaning, someone will be indicted for the opposite of Horowitz belief.
