The report is expected to conclude the FBIs decision to open a counterintelligence probe of the Trump campaigns possible ties to Russia in 2016 was adequately predicated
And yet they did not say a word to Trump? Complete BS!

Whatd we expect from the most EVIL administration in the history of the republic?
Obama, Obama, Biden, Clinton, Clinton, Holder, Lerner, Kerry, Lynch, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, Page, Strzok, etc., etc.,...not counting the propagandists, the indoctrinators, the robed mullahs and other ancillary liars/criminals Gruber, etc., etc..
It takes some criminals to raze a republic.
The lie is the weapon used most often by the criminal.
No truth, no justice. No justice, no America.

The report is expected to conclude the FBIs decision to open a counterintelligence probe of the Trump campaigns possible ties to Russia in 2016 was adequately predicated but that its subsequent reliance on the so-called Steele dossier and execution of FISA warrants to assist the probe were problematic. Only Horowitz could say that the FBI had deeply flawed in their execution, but then give credence to the investigation.. Since the data they based their concerns on was so obviously flawed, so too then was the ensuing investigation.
To: bitt
If this was a Counterintelligence investigation, why wasn’t Trump notified of the people in his campaign,so he could question them or fire them? Those types of investigations are done to inform people of problems just like Diane Feinsteins employment of a Chinese spy as her driver for 20 years, they told her, they didn’t go for a FISA warrant to investigate her entire staff,or her family!

The evidence that the judges were misled is so sweeping that it could provide grounds, if Attorney General William Barr chooses, to withdraw the FBIs application for the surveillance warrants that began in October 2016 to target ex-Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, the sources added. Such a move, while mostly legally symbolic since the probe is long since closed, would still amount to a resounding rebuke...Oooooh. We're going to withdraw your application that is no longer being used. That'll hurt.
Not!
Where are the criminal referrals? Where are the Barr indictments?

Repeal the Patriot Act and all its progeny. Eliminate the FISC.

One could simply ask the judge if they felt misled. No need for other evidence from which “judge was misled” might be inferred.
