I’ve had that kind of handle on issues far longer than my internet handle, now being almost 71 years of age. LOL!

I do my research, looking back to primary sources and interpreting them myself, rather than taking someone else’s word for it. It always irritated me that in high school they wanted me to refer to someone else’s opinion to justify what I thought, rather than my original research. They would not accept original research no matter what amount of proof I presented unless it was done by someone else with alphabet soup after their names, no matter how incompetent they were.

So did people using Bulletin Board Systems (BBSs), where I adopted the moniker on some of Swordmaker. I was the only co-sysop (system operator) of the the BBS The Wrong Number in Stockton, California, run by Kcuhc, possibly one of the best BBSs around.
