The Saudis probably want the cache of training their pilots here. Boeing can and should hire contractors (retired military) and do flight training over there. Then sudden jihadi syndrome is solved.
These 3 students should have been required to carry military issued side arms while on base. Surely someone will make the change?
All foreign nationals training at Pensacola should not be so allowed.
Must have been the bad food in the chow hall.
“The shooter did not have an Islamic State or Al Queda ID card in his wallet, so we are just plain baffled as to why he did it.”
However... considering situations like this one, also the one with the jihadist psychiatrist who went on a shooting spree at Fort Bliss... (one doesn't recall his name... rot in prison like a nobody, a$$hole...) and especially the dozens of incidents overseas where some wrong guy who's been trusted with a weapon decides to kill him some infidels...
Can't someone set a policy that allows for at least SOME, but preferably everyone, to have and to discreetly carry a personal defense weapon if they're in daily contact with possible jihadist @$$#013$ like this dead m*? Just a .22 auto would suffice in the absence of anything else.
Three young lives, snuffed out for no reason except following regulations.
I still don’t see anything we can go on to determine motive.

He was the victim, driven to this.
I spent 50 years dismissing conspiracy theories. Now I'm watching the deep state operate in the open, executing a coup against our duly-elected president, and I'm worried. Do these traitors already have their latest Lee Harvey Oswald lined up, with another Jack Ruby waiting in the wings? All of a sudden, I realize that I should have been more skeptical long ago. America is facing the other half of that traditional oath: "against all enemies, foreign and domestic". Traditions survive for a reason, and I'm late at recognizing the foundation for this one.
I wonder if the second half of that J. Edgar Hoover call was: "I'm sure you have no more questions, Mr. President; it would be a shame if something happened to you too".
At Mass this morning in Ft Walton Beach we had an armed police officer outside the church. I will be going to work at one of the USAF bases tomorrow, will be interesting to see what security is like.
So Mohammed killed Mohammed. Kind of an interesting twist to the story.
Killed, not kiled.
The CIA created conspiracy Theory to cover their conspiracies!
So they had to commit ritual suicide by rushing a muslim murderer who was armed with a firearm because the Department of Defense demands that service members remain unarmed when performing their official duties on a military base.
The purposeful disarming of military members is done by the leftists in our government. This fact must change and service members must have the unilateral right to be armed, whether it is with a service weapon or their own.
JoMa
I believe you’re referring to Fort Hood; could you imagine having a Muzzie in the next office and you couldn’t defend yourself?
I’m surprised some servicemen don’t carry the small handguns you describe, even their own personal weapons - it isn’t like they are frisked every day when they go to work...
Wahabi maybe???
And yes... even a small, handy .22 auto gives a satisfactory feeling of an equalizer in case of a surprise encounter with a criminal, insane person/druggie, bad dog... terrorist.
