Joe Biden asserted that he never heard worries that his son Hunter Biden's role on a Ukrainian gas company could create a conflict of interest.
"Nobody warned me about a potential conflict of interest," Biden said Friday in an interview with NPR. "I never, never heard that once at all."
Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company, while his father was vice president and working on Ukrainian policy. President Trump asked the Ukrainian president this year to investigate the Bidens, prompting Democrats to launch impeachment proceedings against Trump.
George Kent, a top State Department official, testified during impeachment hearings in November that he raised conflict of interest concerns after he learned Hunter Biden was on Burisma's board.
“In February 2015, I raised my concern that Hunter Biden’s status as a board member could create the perception of a conflict of interest,” Kent said. “Let me be clear, I did not witness any effort by any U.S. official to shield Burisma from scrutiny."
Joe Biden told NPR that if Kent raised the issue with his staff, they did not tell him about it likely because his late son Beau Biden was battling cancer.
"Well, my son was dying so I guess that's why he said it, because my son was on his deathbed. But that that's not the reason why — they should have told me," Biden said.

I can understand the Brown Shirt Media covering for “Slow Joe” but the DOJ is a mystery to me. Somewhere, somehow, someday, the DOJ is absolutely gonna have to start arresting Democrats. This country ain’t gonna work much longer if they just get away with every damn thing.

Being in politics for 50 years and a classified as working for government and you know nothing about conflict of interest or that someone else did not notify you about the conflict of interest! Anyone hired in all levels of government, town country state and federal now about the conflict of interest clause. Playing the victim and just on case I will blame it on those around me for not telling me what I was doing was wrong. What a piece of dog sh##

Using his own dead son as a rescue line to get him disassociated with what he set up in Kyve for quid pro quo for his son Hunter.
Not only for him to work at a job he had NO experience at, but to be the channel for laundered money from the US to Kyve back to the DC democrats.
This needs to be gotten to the bottom of and prosecutions laid down. Kyve has already called on the US to investigate but the MSM is nothing but crickets on it.
What was said in that blog is what I suspected was going on with the aid money all along. The Obama Regime was up to their eyeballs in the aid money racket. I suspect that folks like John McCain and other senators were scooping up the aid money too.
If the FISA report by Horowitz does not include information about this corruption, I will be disappointed. This corruption is what Rudy was in Ukraine to find out. I am sure President Trump is on to it himself. The impeachment hoax is a big smoke screen to hide what was really going on.
Biden is admitting that it was wrong for Hunter to sit on the board of Burisma while his father oversaw US-Ukraine policy.
That means something is coming out soon....it could be Hunter’s financial records from the paternity case in Arkansas.
But, this is Biden trying to get ahead of a story.
