Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, has rented a home in New Hampshire just two months before the first-in-the-nation 2020 presidential primary state votes in February.
"I grew up in Hawaii, where Christmas was 80 degrees and a day at the beach, and so being here in the winter, it's just -- the first snow of the year is always fun," she said, according to WMUR-TV in Manchester.
Gabbard said she thinks New Hampshire, which votes after Iowa, will be her best chance to break through as a presidential candidate.
On Tuesday, Gabbard tweeted a post of a yoga session at her new place just outside Manchester.

—Campaign bus battery dies and won’t start
—She or somebody on her staff slips on the ice and injures themselves
—Long trips to northern New Hampshire to visit audiences of less than ten people
—Being ignored by the locals who are just sick and tired of the candidates and their arrogant staff
Some things just have to be learned the hard way.
If they have any sense, they’re delighted.
Let me guess.... I am paying for her to move on a whim. THIS is why we voted for a non POS politician for POTUS. Thank you, President Trump!

Yeah, probably. But look at it this way, she’ll probably do less damage to HI while in NH.
She does not need to go to northern NH. Everybody(80%) in NH lives within 30 miles of the MA border.
She is only renting a house. She is getting about %5 of the Dem vote in NH in the polls. Most of them are probably the Independents.
Keep in mind we have same day registration here in NH.
I can switch party affiliation on Primary Day. Vote in the Primary for whoever I want. Then switch back to Republican after I vote.
It is not like Trump is not going to win the NH Primary.
I might just switch and vote for somebody like Tulsi just to muddy the water. This is why McCain won the NH primary.
In fact I think all of us NH FReepers should do this in Feb 2020. Keep Bernie, Biden or Warren from winning.
She is going to try to mess up the GOP vote in key states.
Look for her to show up in NH, IA, WI, MN, AZ and FL.
