MUST READ!! According to a Facebook post by Ukrainian independent lawmaker Andrey Derkach Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani recently flew to Kiev to discuss the creation of a group to fight corruption.
In October Ukrainian Parliamentarian Andrey (Andriy) Derkach revealed in a press conference that Joe Biden was paid $900,000 for lobbying efforts from Burisma Holdings in Ukraine.
And now this… On Friday Rudy Giuliani tweeted out a “Shocking Disclosure!”
It was also posted on Buzzfeed. And both articles quoted Rudy’s tweets. Are you saying Rudy’s tweets were made up?
Question: Agreed, this might be problematic for Joe. He was paid $900,000 for lobby for Burisma? Is this true?
Answer: Yes, I think that information has been made public.
Art 2, Sec. 3 of the US Constitution obligates the President to investigate and ask for investigations of corruption in countries we provide funds to.

I was wondering when someone would get around to this. When is the feral gubment guilty of Foreign Corrupt Practices violations? That is the giving of money as inducement to do something that would not otherwise normally be done by a foreign gubment official.
For social development monies to be granted as part of the mineral lease terms in a given country we had a full time legal and investigatory team charged with making sure that the money went to the right places and that did not even concern inducements. And still companies got charged with FCPA violations.
The sources in this case are real Rudy tweets. The fact that it's GP sourcing the tweets is irrelevant.
