Why does Schiff get away with soliciting dirt on President Trump?

Because he can.

Blame the Republicans who rolled over and played dead decades ago

The criminal license Liberals enjoy didn’t happen overnight.

So Adam’s committee issues a subpoena for another congressman‘s phone records under the theory that this congressman somehow was involved in what the committee was investigating. Ok this appears to be allowed under Congressional powers. So there is the plan Republicans, every committee you chair can now investigate ever Democratic Congressmen if they appear to be ‘interfering’ in any issue before the committee. Of course the only way to determine that is to subpoena all the congressman‘s records; phone, financial, taxes, everything!

They should get records of Schiffs phone calls to and from Ed Buck.

Nunes stated on Martha McCallum’s FOX show last night that what Schiff did was cull phones calls from security intell he gets as chairman of the Intelligence Committee. All they did was put in phone numbers to the raw data and get the read out. Nunes said on the show he did not know how Schiff got his personal phone number. However, it was the committee that assigned descriptive information to that data and Nunes believed much of it was falsely attributed. (For instance, it’s already been pointed out that a call attributed to Guiliani to the OMB office was actually made to White House switchboard and falsely attributed to OMB.) Nunes staff is only beginning to look over the list and try to determine what is accurate. Upon further questioning by Martha, Nunes said that he couldn’t confirm or deny any calls on the list as he receives hundreds of calls a day as ranking member - often just speaking for seconds - and he would not confirm anything without it being checked with his own actual records as to date, time and person.

So it would appear that this phone record document is really just smoke and mirrors. BUT I wonder if its purpose is to provide a reason for Nunes to be called by the Democrats during the Senate trial as this information is included in the Impeachment report.

I think the more important question is why in the hell AT&T just handed over explicitly private information without going to court to protect their customers?

Sadly, it is not considered 'private information'. The courts have repeatedly ruled (mistakenly IMO), that third-party data, which is what call records are, i.e., numbers called, duration, location and associated metadata are not 'private', because they are controlled by third parties. This is despite the fact that FedGov requires these 'third parties' to maintain the data, and most likely forward all of it to the NSA.

If we actually lived in a Free Republic, you'd have phone companies out there that compete against each other in terms of privacy, i.e., a company would advertise the fact that they hold call details only until the next billing cycle is complete (to deal with billing disputes), at which point the data would be irretrievably scrubbed. This is one of the benefits of a 'burner phone', but the downside of such phones is their lack of permanence. If everyone used such phones, you'd have to be constantly updating your contacts to keep track of what number people have.

But....did Schiff stop at grabbing phone records?

We demand to know whether Schiff used govt surveillance methods or technology to monitor the activity of individuals.....
without having even a smidgen of evidence that would indicate wrong-doing........and not securing proper govt approvals for surveillance.

House Democraps are notorious for employing the shady Paki clan for IT work.
Most of the clan absconded but the matermind Imran Awan was tried and convicted.

An even bigger mystery than how the Pakis got here and got paid huge govt salaries is how the shady Pakis got visas to abscond.
Did "someone" with a lot of political pull facilitate the visas to help them abscond? Some reports say the Pakis traveled on WH visas.

Is Schiff a Cyberstalker?

Cyberstalking is the use of computers or other electronic technology to facilitate stalking. These are "criminal stalkers" perpetrate crimes against their targeted victims through electronic and online methodologies.

<><> Facebook and Apple have admitted to allowing government officials to access personal information of their account users.

<><> A device which may be used to abuse surveillance, called a Stingray, acts and looks similar to a cellphone tower but it tricks mobile devices into connecting with it.

<><> After being connected, an operator can take information stored on the device, sometimes intercepting phone calls and text messages.

<><> This method of surveillance can be used on random civilians or in an investigation of a particular person

factcheck.com reported Schiff, a frequent Trump critic. appearing on CNN, criticized the president for forcing the
federal government “to patronize Trump-related businesses,” such as Trump golf properties.

But, when it came to a specific example, Schiff’s shot against Trump landed out of bounds.

Schiff wrongly claimed that the Secret Service had paid the Trump Organization “over $150,000 … for the privilege of
renting Donald Trump golf carts to protect Donald Trump on his rounds.”

REALITY CHECK: The money went to two companies, but they weren’t “Trump-related businesses.” And the vehicles were not “Donald Trump golf carts.”

At the time, Schiff’s office said that the $150,000 figure came from a November 2017 USA Today story that cited the work of American Bridge 21st Century PAC, a Democratic opposition research group.

American Bridge provided factcheck.com with its research, which showed that the Secret Service rented golf carts from Golf Car & Utility Vehicle Distributors in Florida and Associates Golf Car Service of Poughkeepsie, New York.

“We haven’t found the contracts going to any Trump companies,” American Bridge spokesman Harrell Kirsten told factcheck.com.

Surveillance once was a tool to monitor and make sure citizens abide by the law, it has now created even more problems.

With surveillance cameras becoming more advanced these surveillance cameras are leading to bigger issues.

CASE IN POINT---An incident of inappropriate cyberstalking was Pennsylvania parents suing their son's school, alleging it watched him through his laptop's webcam while he was at home and unaware. The student and his parents were unaware he was being observed.

A HUGE CLUE that Schiff was colluding with Obama and Susan Rice who abused that agency something fierce.

According to the great Lefty oracle, Marie BHARF, the Schiff “subpoenas” were: 1.) Directed for the phone records of Only those two chubby Ukranian contacts, (who have been charged and maybe by now indicted), but whose names I have forgotten, dang it, and 2.) it was in that pair’s phone records who exposed others, [one hop away] such as Nunes and Soloman, and 3.) that the Nunes phone records nor the Soloman phone records were ever subpoenaed by Schif For Brains.

Fourth point, is that BHARF said, “ A *judge* signed off on it (those subpoenas), or some ‘AUTHORIZED’ person. “

So WHO Would sign off on a congressional committee subpoena to get ATT to cough up phone records???

Was it a simpleton DC judge, or don’t subpoenas go first to the DOJ?? Would FBI director WRAY have signed off on it?

Schiff, of course, has Exposed for political gain those ancillary phone numbers, of arch enemy NUNES and hated journalist Soloman, in order to implicate them in nefarious activities, and to Frame them both for doing their job as investigators, in their own right. Nunes was running an investigative committee, and Soloman has Stripped the Emperor, on too many occasions to count.

HEE!

BHARF, notably, could not defend Schiff the snake releasing all those names of his nemesis’, for the purpose of framing them, by implication.

Nunes and Solomon have doggedly pursued separate investigations, one as a House investigative committee chair, and the other as an old fashion gum shoe reporter and neither afraid to go anywhere or talk to anyone where the Evidence led them.

Time for an eye for an eye. He wants phone records, we need his phone records. He wants tax returns, we get his tax returns.
