Last time we checked in with Brian Kolfage and We Build the Wall, they were moving ahead with construction while facing multiple lawsuits from environmentalists and open borders advocates. Several months have gone by, but not much has changed except for the location and the specific groups trying to stop them. This time theyre moving ahead with a new section of wall in Texas. The work crews are ready to go, but a judge has ordered a halt to the construction on behalf of a butterfly sanctuary.

America’s robed mullahs are much more nuanced and sophisticated than the ME goons.
Major Dumb A**
Its like saying buildings over 30ft block butterflies.
Ignore and move on
Yeah I’m sure the Judge about the butterflies.
“Two (useless men) is a law firm”
Butterflies can fly.
Coyotes can’t.
They’re claiming about the water now.
What utter hogwash.
There is a road between the Rio Grande River and the National Butterfly Center. No reason they can’t build the wall on the land between the river and the road and it not interfere with anything to do with the butterflies.
Somehow, it’s privately owned despite “National” in it’s name. Trump might want to dig into that a bit.
The demonrats quickly changed the rules right before Trump announced an emergency at the border to stop any wall building by the center. Interesting, huh. They planned this.
17 December We Build the Wall will present their side to judge.
They should request that the Butterfly Center be sanctioned for their baseless, frivolous lawsuit. Its premise (flooding) is beyond ridiculous.
Bankrupt them, foreclose on their property, and build a great big beautiful wall on it.
Where’s his divisions? His battalions? He has NONE.
Ignore the stupid communist, American-hating SOB!!!
This case is mute at of last Feb. when the judge dismissed it:
Unfortunately for the plaintiff, the Fourth Amendment offers little refuge for unenclosed land near one of the countries external borders, U.S. District Judge Richard Leon wrote Thursday, dismissing the suit by the North American Butterfly Association.
Though construction of a border wall is set to include 33 new miles of barriers across the Rio Grande Valley, Leon said the challengers made no showing that the government had entered or searched physical structures on the its National Butterfly Center without consent.
The center may be able to seek damages under trespass theory, Leon noted, but he emphasized that the search and seizure clause offers no relief for open fields, even when owned privately.
Leon also backed the governments right to search any privately owned land within 25 miles of bordering countries.
As for the centers due-process claims, Leon said the government has not made any move to acquire the property in question.”

That's Rule #2 in the Democrat/Liberal Handbook;
Rule #1: It's always someone else's fault.
Rule #2: If at first you don't succeed, change the rules.
Hire an MS13 gang to visit the judge. Then schedule EMT to pick up the pieces.
Judge does not have jurisdiction over an international border. Executive and senate treaties do. Additionally not only should this judge be disobeyed but removed from the bench with prejudice. Even more, “We Build The Wall” ought to get a decision against the judge, for their projects and every time the liberals form a fake new organization to attack again on yet a “different” charge to stop the wall they ought to pay for all court costs and a 100,000 dollar donation to We Build The Wall.
EVERY DEMONRAT JUDGE in the land will stop the construction of the wall if they can. They KNOW it leads to losses for their party.
IIRC, that Butterfly sanctuary was man made and not very old. It was originally an onion farm.
Another Obama-Judge, or more properly so-called judge. The county where construction is taking place needs to declare itself a sanctuary county where frivolous orders outside the scope of judicial authority can be ignored.
Why aren’t PETA and the Sierra Club protesting in front of “The National Butterfly Center”, a place where the environment of the area has been modified to allow the economic exploitation of Butterflies. It’s like a Butterfly circus. They live such short lives, and these NABA folks just need two more letters in their name to show what perverts they are. Put and M before the B and and L after it. They actually charge to take pictures of juvenile butterflies, 50 dollars a day. What evil people they are. (I’m trying to write like it’s now taught in Jernalism school, and if you don’t like my work, you’re a racist homophobe big got)
Perhaps a flood of nasty comments to the Butterfly Center is needed at this point. Threaten to “shoot” their Butterflies” (kidding)
