In a rush to judgement, flanked by US Flags and dressed in Red, White, and Blue, Nancy Pelosi ordered the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee to draft Articles of Impeachment against President Trump, after only one hearing of non-fact witnesses, claiming the facts were not in contest.
She said she is asking Nadler’s committee to draft Articles of Impeachment. What she didn’t do is announce a House Vote. Stay tuned.
He does that and just watch them declare that as obstruction of Congress. LOL!

I am surprised Pelosi, Nadler and Schiff didn’t stand before the cameras rend their garments and scream what need do we have of witnesses we all know Trump is guilty. This obvious rush to judgment looks pathetic and only weakens their case for impeachment.
There is a reason for this. . . The deep state pukes in the IRS who are charged with creating the withholding charts all businesses must use in their payroll calculations have deliberately set it so that will happen. It is entirely within their control how much and how many people will fall into the owing taxes on tax day. It requires only doing a bit of adjustment to those withholding tables to assure it doesn’t happen.
That’s not the way the Senate Impeachment Trial works. . . All 100 senators are the jury, and all 100 senators MUST be present for the entire presentation of the case. Constitutionally, it cannot be foisted off on a subset of them in a committee. All must remain present, and all must remain silent while the House managers, the prosecution, presents its case. Only then can the Senators debate the case.
Absolutely clueless.
An assertion without facts to back it up. That’s an assumption they hope will stick. They could tie any president up from doing anything by just continually voting articles of impeachment, if that were the case.

I knew once Trump was elected and inaugurated, the left/democrats would not go away quietly. But I never thought it would have been this bad.
The dishonest, lying House Dems will act as prosecutors, but there will be a defense mounted too, both the Republicans and the President will be allowed to cross examine witnesses and present their own witnesses, and, I believe, the House Democrat managers will not be allowed to use their staff to question witnesses, only the managers, Representatives, will be able to speak.

Is that the same Constitution requiring Congress to authorize war? The same Constitution that speaks to limiting the federal government to enumerated powers, leaving the rest to the states and the people? The same Constitution that gives citizens the right to a speedy trial (ask General Flynn who is still waiting for his sentence). The same Constitution that in Amendment 4 states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.” ?
This same Constitution also states regarding both houses of Congress: “Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings.” A secret ballot or unrecorded ballot is possible if a majority of Congress votes it. It takes 47 Democrats/Independents and 4 Republicans in a public ballot to establish a rule providing for a secret ballot. If the Senate votes the rule, who is going to enforce the 1/5 requirement you cite? The same people who enforce the requirement Congress declare war?

Trump’s choice of enemies is one of his most attractive qualities.
It was almost that tasteless. . . Red bead necklace, White Dress, American Flag brooch with lots of paste fake bling (much like her), couldn’t see them but no doubt wearing high heeled red pumps, Henna dyed hair, pancake makeup covered wrinkles pulled up to her forehead so tightly by facelifts she will soon have no need for earrings and a nice vandyke beard, all backup up by a full spray panoply of Old Glory banners on display behind her. . . Too bad all of this preparation was spoiled by her pursed, red lip-sticked lips and pinched face trying and failing to not look gleeful, but occasionally failing in her attempt to look properly somber, losing her clicking ill-fitting dentures, as she makes her oh-so-serious lying explanation of why she must save the Constitution, not to mention preventing the oh-so-dangerous President Trump and the his foreign co-conspirators from stealing “another election.”
Frankly, it was puke generating.
Where in the Constitution does it say that all Senators must be present for the entire trial? If one Senator says “sorry, can’t make it”, does that mean it doesn’t happen?
