Scalise: Schiff 'spying' on Nunes with call records
Washington Examiner ^ | 12/04/19 | Susan Ferrechio

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff spied on the top Republican on his panel by obtaining his phone records and publishing them in an impeachment report, Minority Whip Steve Scalise said Wednesday.

“It raises a lot of serious questions,” the Louisiana Republican said.

“I want to know all the people Adam Schiff is spying on,” Scalise told the Washington Examiner. “Are there other members of Congress that he is spying on, and what justification does he have? He needs to be held accountable and explain what he’s doing, going after journalists, going after members of Congress, instead of doing his job.”

Schiff should be expelled from congress.

Even if it is legal it is unethical

Scalise is deeply concerned? Well, that’s it. Impeachment off. i’m (not) looking forward to the stern letter he will issue on the subject.

This is the future under the Communists if the Democrats are not thrown out.

It is illegal to spy on an American citizen. Unfortunately, Obama set the precedent when he decided to spy on the Trump campaign.

And they still expect us to believe that Nixon ran the most corrupt administration ever because a couple of minor functionaries tried to wiretap a phone used by DNC operatives?

If this happened to any Democrat, they would have filed a lawsuit DAYS AGO!!

And the media would applaud them. The New York Times would call them brave.

The Washington Post would extoll their courage and virtue.

The networks would run fawning articles about them.

It happens to Republicans and the Media...Yawns and Approves.

It isn't that the Republicans are Ball-less. It is that any that showed conviction and were effective where removed from power, mostly by Media influence.

Remember Newt? Remember Tom Delay?

I suspect there is an element of blackmail as well. With the intelligence agencies on your side, who is able to withstand scrutiny, selectively applied to Conservatives, of course.

Today the Media has lost some influence, but old habits die hard.

Yesterday Louie Gohmert named the fake whistleblower Eric CIAramella by listing all of his govt positions and connections.

I’m surprised nobody went deeper into this. He 100% explicitly outed CIAramella without naming him, while naming Sean Misko and Abigail Grace, who worked with CIAramella on the NSC before they moved to Schiff’s intel impeachment staff.

Start the video at 2:30. If reporters and media networks continue to hide CIAramella’s identity, they are complicit in the deep state coup.

The future is now. Clearly, there is no opposition party to the progressive-corportist alliance. They have decreed there is no crime if Trump and/or his supporters are the victims. Nunes is supporting POTUS so it’s ok to spy on him, etc.

In the Louie Gohmert video above from yesterday, he outlines the connections in this chart, and totally describes CIAramella. I'm surprised Nadler let him go on for the full 5 minutes.

I watched Louie say that yesterday. I thought for sure he was going to drop his name.

I expect a lot of the committee members were very nervous.
schiff for brains would have gavelled him down for getting so close.

A top Democratic aid said nobody was spying on Nunes.

"The Republican minority of the three committees has had access to these subpoenaed records, and knows full well that neither Mr. Nunes nor Mr. Solomon were subpoenaed, nor were their call record," the aide said.

So they got the phone records without a subpoena?

But they weren’t spying?

So, how did they get the phone records?

Schiff would have lost his mind, Nadler must have been distracted.

Gohmert called [CIAramella] “The CIA whistleblower” and described his relationships with Misko, Grace, Schiff, Capuchin, both Bidens, and Chalupa that I can remember.

There is only one human on the planet who fits that bill, Eric CIAramella. This has been known on the internet for months, but network television is still refusing to name him. It’s fascinating to see the media disconnect between the internet (and talk radio) and network TV news.

It’s sort of old media vs new media. Which will prevail?

You’d likely be surprised at how “open” your call records are, to demands for production by ANY government actor. Local cops, FBI, Congress, etc. All they have to do is ask, no justification needs to be provided. Call record information is not protected by the 4th amendment.
