You’d likely be surprised at how “open” your call records are, to demands for production by ANY government actor. Local cops, FBI, Congress, etc. All they have to do is ask, no justification needs to be provided. Call record information is not protected by the 4th amendment.

It’s not legal and that’s the point the left and Democrats don’t care about illegalities. If nobody stops them or if there’s no repercussions they will keep opening the envelope wider and wider. So my question is what is newness and the Republicans going to do about it?
Little Adam wants to impeach the President on an alleged quid pro quo to for Ukraine to look into internal corruption by the Biden’s, but it’s ok for Adam to get phone records of his fellow Congressmen, reporters and the President’s attorneys!
