Like Obama did in FF
Collins is so all over the place he’s almost incoherent. Turley has been focused and articulate, so far (as I would have guessed he would be).
I like where his mind goes regarding constitutional law. I’d like to see him on the SCOTUS regardless of his political bent.
He did! And accused the Dems in the house of the exact abuse of power they accuse Trump of.
Now I. Know of two. Honest liberals.
Turkey and and Dershowitz.
His well reasoned arguments are dismantling every Democrat charge, one by one.
I hate when people pronounce it “often”.
It’s pronounced “offen”. Grrrrr!
Turley
Truly, you meant Turley:)!

BREAKING: Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins just confirmed that Schiff classified IC IG Atkinson’s 8-hour testimony & marked it “Secret” & put it under wraps in the basement SCIF. “There is a reason it is being withheld b/c undoubtedly there is a problem with it.”
Maybe this is a “have you no shame” moment.
I like it!
Yep... fact.
That is dirty.
Although, if I understand correctly, the president can declassify anything.
Turley really is dragging Democrats right now
Hey! This is America, you can’t say things like that! lol
j/k
Call it what you want... Call it endangered species violations if you want, doesn’t mean it is true. lol

Trumps apparent disregard for nations laws raises fears
Dec. 19, 2016
EXCERPTS
From flag-burning to libel, from conflicts of interest to torture, President-elect Donald Trump has made comments in tweets, campaign orations and calm discussions that have suggested he was either unaware of the applicable laws or didnt care about them.
Nearly every president has probably done something that a court has later held unconstitutional or contrary to law, said Pamela Karlan, a Stanford law professor who recently served as supervisor of voting rights cases in the Obama administrations Justice Department. But I cant think of one who had such an across-the-board combination of ignorance, indifference and defiance.
(snip)
Its true that a federal conflict-of-interest law exempts the president and vice president. But the Constitution prohibits any U.S. official from accepting a payment from a foreign government. And in addition to that specific ban, the nations founding document is a potential source of some fundamental conflicts for a president who retains his business interests, Karlan said.
He takes an oath to support and defend the Constitution, she said. If he does something for his business, hes in conflict with the Constitution.
If he invades a country because they put windmills outside his golf course, that would be a conflict of interest. If he decides not to enforce labor laws to protect workers at Trump casinos, thats a violation of his oath of office. Its the difference between having a king and having a president.
But even if Trump did any of those things, he wouldnt be prosecuted, Karlan said. The only recourse would be impeachment.
No Kidding, Turley is inserting logic, reason and historical facts as well as law, that really messes with the Dem knee jerk hate filled circus.
“Turley really is dragging Democrats right now”
He certainly is. He’s shredding them.
