exactly. which is why it’s pointless for anyone to waste time watching these hearings ... i’ve pretty much tuned out myself other than to catch the highlights of the Dem kangaroo court tactics on Tucker and Hannity, so i suspect that less interested folks (which would be most) are just going about making plans for the holidays while ignoring the BS ... actually, the Dems couldn’t have picked a worst time for bringing their charade to head ... AND a Senate trial would occur AFTER the holidays are over and when a few more people might be willing to tune back in ...

Only because the Republicans have no balls to stand on principle. They all work for the same puppet masters who want the same result no matter how it happens.

Basically they are saying they can not accuse him of obstruction until a court orders him to do something and he STILL refuses.
Turley is academic that speaks with such easy. I would listen to him all day even if I didn’t agree with what he was saying.

Absolutely, I agree. He is objective and sticking to the law as codified.
