AT&T provided the call records, likely under subpoena. (link)
Lets hope Schiff received them under subpoena, because the alternative is much worse. The alternative is a criminal leak from an outside interest.
Theres a particular type of anger that surfaces when you realize the Schiff team who coordinated the origination effort with the CIA whistleblower; and then vehemently hide their coordination; are the same crew simultaneously using the power of their position to subpoena private phone call records from President Trumps lawyers, members of congress, and journalists. [See Schiff Report pages 157, 158, 159 pdf]

This crew doesnt care one bit how much they have to destroy this country, so long as they can advance a left-wing political agenda based on an unquenchable thirst for power. I never thought we would see the possibility of a hot civil war in my lifetime. I was wrong.
The cattle cars are on the horizon, and the full Schiff report pdf is below.

In addition, He put those phone calls in the report so he can makeup devious connections that dont exist. No different than his fake description of President Trumps 7/25/19 phone call President Zelenskyy of Ukraine!
I don’t even think the word almost should be used here.
Feels like bad things on the horizon.
Oh jeez.
He probably disagrees or something.
Thank you...
Sure. But if there was due process, instead of a star chamber, the defense would have subpoenad the phone records of Schiff's staff and the whistleblower. They woud subpoena the funding sources of the Atlantic Council, which includes Burisma. They would subpoena phone records from Herbst and others associated with Burisma and Schiff staffers.
What could Nunes and Parnas have said to each other in 0.00 seconds and 0.02 seconds?
So basically the left can communicate and conspire in mass if they like, but if the right even dares make a call or two to each other even in the line of duty they are guilty of a crime.
Nothing, bet it was a failed voice mail or answering machine call and hang up.
If the Left wins, the Rule of Law is dead. And freedom with it.
It is our duty to defeat the Left.
AT&T is in on this. They are part of the problem.
Yes. I know about the cell phone contracts.
We all have them, but no one ever reads the lengthy legal document.
Like computer licensing agreements. Must sign or no service.
Well, there’s attorney client privilege, but it only counts if the attorney and client are working in that relationship. If Giuliani is running a foreign policy operation that’s not being the president’s legal counsel, that’s being a secret diplomat. Also attorney client privilege doesn’t apply if the two are committing a crime. Not clear whether that latter exception applies, but the first one does.
Zero, nothing.
there’s a lot of problems with administrative subpoenas, but at the moment they do exist. I’m not a lawyer, and also have no inside info on any of this, so I really don’t know if that’s what they used.
“AT&T is in on this. They are part of the problem.”
Absolutely, they are straight up crooked leftists.
Nothing. On the 0:00 call the caller hung up before the call was connected, and the 0:02 call the caller hung up when it went to voicemail.
He was put in charge of this charade because there is nothing you can learn about him that would ever threaten his position in Congress. He'd still be re-elected by a wide margin if his cell phone records showed he was conspiring with Nazis to load Jews and blacks into boxcars and send them to concentration camps.
I would argue that it’s being a diplomat, and not a secret diplomat.
And then executive privilege may apply.
I find it rather remarkable that Adam Schiff can openly spy on people while investigating them for abuse of power.
I would think that because Schiff claims he is not a special counsel then he would not have the legal power to do this. Now if he were special counsel maybe...
I’m not sure either but there is something definitely wrong with it when the minority is not allowed to do the same to other committee members on the left.
They take the Constitution literally word for word to their advantage for unrestricted open ended rule making, but do not allow the same literal word for word interpretation concerning Constitutional due process and defense and equal powers.
But I know I am preaching to the choir with that. It is just so frustrating to see such a one sided example like this. In no way did the founders intend for it to be used like this. They by far underestimated the true lack of integrity and abuse that could come from it.
They obviously had some idea and trust in the idea that legislators would always have some remains of basic moral sense of fairness, equality, integrity, and justice.
They were so very very wrong about the level of criminal immorality these folks truly are capable of sinking to.
I agree, in one way or another...
