It does not actually mean anything. It is meant to help people lay out a typeset format on a page without being distracted by reading the words.
Lorem ipsum generators contain about 200 real Latin words along with some other mispelled variations. They just repeat them randomly throughout the passage. It is all computer generated - you just tell it how many paragraphs you want, and you get your gibberish.
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s.

WOW!! It even works on my iPad. And it got it right, 4 paragraphs, 5 sentences each.
But ... it provides line breaks at the end of paragraphs instead of carriage returns. At least on the iPad.
Still a great feature. I didn’t know you could execute functions in Word. That is worth looking into. There must be others.
Now can you do something about people who misspell headlines?
