They have a small ethylene plant there, and a C4 processing plant that produces Butadiene. I also haven’t seen or heard which part is involved.
I’ve been in that plant. I used to work with a guy was site manager there a few years ago. My company still sells to them.
I’m sure I’ll hear more. But for now... I’d assume it’s C4’s burning.

Scratch that.. no ethylene plant. I was thinking of another site. It’s just Butadiene.

I’ve been in that plant.I worked there when it was Neches Butane.
December turnaround. Had to work Christmas day that year.
