President Trump surprised American troops in Afghanistan on Thanksgiving.
He visited Bagram air base on Thursday, delivering Thanksgiving greetings to U.S. troops deployed there in America’s longest-running war.

I’m 51 and i bed.
Thanksgiving was up the block. Ended early.
When I was a kid, the parties would end at 1 or 2am.
That’s when Italians were still fun.
I couldn’t believe people were leaving at 730
But it’s GREAT to come home to read this and read about the Hong Kong protesters paying homage to him.
What a great president.
The Great One would be very proud.

Am sitting here wondering if maybe this surprise visit to Bagram was meant two purposes, given the Noozweak ‘story’ about his playing golf etc on Thanksgiving:
1) a great morale boost to our troops a long way from home, with a big helping of humble when serving them turkey,
2) a good way to out whoever it was on the staff that saw fit to leak the fake ‘golfing’ itinerary to the Enemedia
