Same here; I believe that is the biggest dynamic in those approval numbers among blacks. Black co-workers of mine note every time a black person is let go or retires and is replaced by another non-black AND non-white person.
After 9/11 we briefly experienced a common sentiment as Americans; immigration seems to be the issue that is restoring that sentiment.
Democrats have done far more for illegals than they have to help black citizens. I believe many have taken notice.
Female on welfare won’t.
I work 2 black millennial females who discovered Candice Owens and have left the plantation. They says they have friends and family member who are also Owens fans.
I just love anecdotal evidence on this forum. There was a lot of it posted in 2018 right before the GOP got its ass handed to them in the elections that year.

Not too sure that is a correct assumption. If anyone should know the value of a black man having a job it is going to be the black female. I do not believe that she will not focus on ideological issue and disregard the employment issue

Certainly - and that holy grail of black identity politics (affirmative action) gives many “protected” slots in schools, workplaces, etc. to Hispanics (legal or not). In my experience, the blacks don’t care whether or not the immigrants are legal.
