On Tuesday, Nov. 19, the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General released a new report. No, not that one. It was not the FISA abuse report, also dubbed “The Spygate Report,” that has been anticipated for more than a year. This was a different report that involved serious issues with the FBI’s uses of what are called “Confidential Human Sources” (CHS) or “informants”.

That is my recollection as well. Barr failed!!
He was brought on to kick some ass and he will do it.

I believe he sees the big picture and will do it at the appropriate time.
I had no faith in Sessions, Gowdy etc. All clowns.
I have great faith in Barr. This is his last job. He came in from the private sector for this last endeavor. He doesn’t need to suck up to anyone.
Because AG Barr threw a wrench named Durham into the works which made the original whitewash into another Schiff and company Mueller “report”...
You should listen to the President because he doesn’t agree with you.

But to win a case he needs prosecutors. And they won’t prosecute it for him. So he’s trying to find a way to save the Govt.
He will find a prosecutor who will.
If no prosecution then America as we know it is dead. It will be a sick state of affairs controlled by the beruacrats of the swamp.
The report is supposed to be over 500 pages, not two or three pages.
I couldn't watch more than a few minutes and I will wait until the report is released and then horowitz testifies.
After December 11, we will all be in a position to have a basis for a logical conclusion.
Then we can either be very happy or very pissed off, with reason{s}.
And a judge and DC jury that will convict?
I guess we could all just roll over and play dead if it would be easier.

John Roberts should have been swiftly all over the FISA process THE NEXT DAY. If I lie to one of the judges where I practice, my butt would be in a show cause hearing, and saving one gigantic excuse, I bring a tooth brush for a weekend at Uncles Hotel

Did you notice that Bill Barr said for a fact the video at the jail proved no one entered the perverts cell so it had to be suicide. Of course the story before was that the cameras malfunctioned so take your pick. I will stick with my prediction, no one of importance will be prosecuted for any offense that may result in jail time.

All IGs issue reports from time to time describing agency problems. They’re almost mass-produced when problems get too public. The agency usually just issues new guidelines for the drones to ‘work around’.
Bingo. And I want to see the deep pockets at Perkins Coie, LLP included. There is a RICO process in Washington that involves former officials at CIA and staffers in Congress, the Democratic party and their consultants, and they truly have formed a conspiracy. My suggestion would be to start with the phone traffic of the White House on election evening 2016. The staff there must have had a panic like no other starting around 9:30 pm - and it’s not hard to imagine them calling other members of the conspiracy as they realized how much they had to deep six. Think of pen register level information (tracing of calls, number originating, number dialed, connect time, call duration but not call content) on all the phones in the Obama White House, and phones belonging to Obama administration employees on the election evening and into the following day. You would have a road map of the conspiracy right there.
The NSA has _all_ of it.
Of course, getting them to admit what they have is the hard part!
Well Unless you can find a way to make the AG actually prosecute and win, what do you suggest? I’m preparing myself for disappointment again.
He passed on Comey prosecution and others.
