WASHINGTON — A highly anticipated report by the Justice Department’s inspector general is expected to sharply criticize lower-level F.B.I. officials as well as bureau leaders involved in the early stages of the Trump-Russia investigation, but to absolve the top ranks of abusing their powers out of bias against President Trump, according to people briefed on a draft.
Investigators for the inspector general, Michael E. Horowitz, uncovered errors and omissions in documents related to the wiretapping of a former Trump campaign adviser, Carter Page — including that a low-level lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, altered an email that officials used to prepare to seek court approval to renew the wiretap, the people said.
More broadly, Mr. Horowitz’s report, to be made public on Dec. 9, portrays the overall effort to seek the wiretap order and its renewals as sloppy and unprofessional, according to the people familiar with it. He will also sharply criticize as careless one of the F.B.I. case agents in New York handling the matter, they said.

That was my thought as well. They have had 3 years to cover their tracks and a sympathetic IG. The doj/fbi can not be trusted to investigate the fbi/doj. Unfortunately, there really is nothing we can do outside the ballot box. I’m not optimistic on Trump surviving this impeachment. If the doj/fbi and other alphabet agencies can get away with what they have going back decades with congress doing nothing, congress is capable of removing Trump.
When we look at it with hindsight, the fact that the IG would not declare the obvious bias between Strzok and Page, the two persons most in control of the most consequential investigations in the modern era will be viewed as the obvious clue we missed or did not understand.
Any, and I mean any, criminal investigation in America would be tossed out of court with prejudice were the investigators to show that level of bias. The idea that the very simple conclusion of bias, which was obvious and overwhelming, could not be called bias tells the whole story.
The fix was in then and I pray it is not now. If it is, we are in very big trouble. The rule of law is already very damaged to many of us (Clinton’s), but this will irrevocably break it for me.

Unless the report is significantly damning.... impeachment follows. Bet on it. Or, if they surely know the report is not damning, they may rush impeachment early. This is no honesty or justice in the system.
If ever one of those alpha hotel members of the FBI comes around to ask me any questions, out he goes. If I am the subject, I want my personal attorney present, I want coffee served, and I want any requested evidentiary materials allowed to be destroyed before proceeding. IOW, I want the Hitlery treatment.

According to Sarah Carter and John Solomon lately, their sources say the IG Report is supposed to be 500+ pages (thick as a phone book) and will have multiple criminal referrals. What the New York Times are reporting indicate nothing of that. What gives? Have Carter and John Solomon been misleading us on Hannity? The Washington Post and New York Times have all the sudden started attacking and smearing Solomon as a conspiracy theorist.

So far today no new leaks to FOX .....just CNN, Slimes, and compost....
Don’t expect any bomb shells in the report. The Deep State will leak all the “bad” news for them over the next two weeks. All that will be left to digest on December 9th will be a poop sandwich.
Rush flat out said today “Horowitz is Deep State” and really tamped down on expectations from this report. It was always a fools errand to rely on Horowitz/Barr. Trust Sessions. Trust Huber. Trust Barr. Yeah, no thanks.
