That was my thought as well. They have had 3 years to cover their tracks and a sympathetic IG. The doj/fbi can not be trusted to investigate the fbi/doj. Unfortunately, there really is nothing we can do outside the ballot box. I’m not optimistic on Trump surviving this impeachment. If the doj/fbi and other alphabet agencies can get away with what they have going back decades with congress doing nothing, congress is capable of removing Trump.
Honestly, if the 3 letter agents had treated this as they have in the past, he would be dead by now.

The time to investigate the Deep State was in 2017 when they were still off balance from 2016. Unfortunately, Sleepy Sessions took a powder and defacto AG Rosenstein co-directed the coup for 2 years. We will never recover those years. Evidence destroyed, gaslighting narratives promoted, etc.
