As predicted, today Judge Bertelsman entered an order allowing the Nickolas Sandmann case against NBCUniversal to proceed to discovery...

Wow, this is a huge victory for the kid!
Hat tip to his lawyers.
I hope he ends up victorious for Nick. George Zimmerman sued but his case was thrown out.
I hope NBC hires Oberlin’s legal team.
This is where the magic happens. I’m sure there’s plenty of skeletons in NBC’s closet.
Settlement coming up.
Id expect a huge settlement, with never another word spoken about it by either party. Good for that brave young boy.
Good kid!!
In his tweet Wood said the CNN and WaPo cases were already allowed to go to discovery. I missed that. Are those miserable, lying, rat bastard stooges being deposed as we type?
The million dollar smile.
I hope this young man ends up OWNING these propaganda hate sites.
Yeah, the earlier victory for Nicholas was a big deal as it overturned an initial ruling to dismiss the case.
So, reaching the next stage to discovery is a really big deal.
They may have started discovery requests but I’d imagine that are seeking documentation first.
Later, after analysis, they will make deposition requests.
I don't see NBC letting that happen, though it would be interesting and good.
They're more likely to just make the kid a millionaire and avoid all that.
Very possible and maybe the smart thing to do, if the victim agrees.
They may only agree to settle with one party and then take the rest all the way to trial.
This could be precedent setting. But I’m not a member of the Sandmann family and part of the legal counsel so can only guess.
Good luck, Nick
I would definitely settle. A couple million for nbc is peanuts.
I hope he renames it SBC and plays movies of frat parties 24/7.
