On Wednesdays broadcast of Fox News Channels special coverage of the House Intelligence Committees impeachment inquiry, network anchor Chris Wallace discussed the testimony of EU Ambassador Gordon Sondland and put the outcome in not-so-good terms for President Donald Trump and his associates.
Wallace said, I think what Gordon Sondland was trying to do here is protect himself more than he is to protect anybody else. To a certain degree took out the bus and ran it over President Trump, Vice President Pence, Mike Pompeo, John Bolton, Rudy Giuliani, Mick Mulvaney. He implicates all of them.
He continued, I think one of the keys is going to be going to the specific points of contact between him and the president because there are a couple of points where he says it was abundantly clear, my personal presumption, my belief and he is not saying directly that the president told him these things. And specifically, he says the president never told me that there was any condition between aid as opposed to the White House meeting between military aid and Zelensky announcing the investigations.

Sondland is a hot mess though!
Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it.
Hey Chris, good bad somebody doesn’t run a bus over you you POS.
I think one of the keys is going to be going to the specific points of contact between him and the president because there are a couple of points where he says it was abundantly clear, my personal presumption, my belief and he is not saying directly that the president told him these things. And specifically, he says the president never told me that there was any condition between aid as opposed to the White House meeting between military aid and Zelensky announcing the investigations.
So in other words, his testimony is just his OPINION... that’s not bombshell, no matter what he says...
Too bad....
Whatever. Sondland is a hot mess. He said there was a quid pro quo and he also said President Trump told him he wants nothing from Ukraine. That sounds like a giant nothing burger to me.
They think Sondland will defeat Trump. Sondland is a representative for the money laundering Dems up against President Trump and the 63+million functioning US electorate who are behind him.
Wallace is foolish. Hes a newscaster choosing sides. The wrong side.
They will continue to underestimate Trump
Never mind that Sondland contradicted himself today, but hey let’s not ruin a good narrative of, “Sondland turns on the president”. Why are there Freepers worrying over this? You could see this coming. Sondland is part of the Swamp. He wants to keep working in it so of course he’ll lie in his testimony today. No need for the usual pearl clutching from some of you usual suspects.
Rule number 1: never watch or listen to Wallace.
Cant somebody PLEASE adopt Wallace so he can THEIR Wallace instead of FNCs
Do these statements not contradict each other? Is he lying to Congress?
Sondland has been all over the map. He has made numerous contradictory statements.
He will not withstand cross examination.
yawn.
That is EXACTLY what Sondland is doing. Looking out for Number One. If Wallace can see it, and says so, the everybody can see it....................
For all the Pearl Clutchers.
Are they watching the same hearings we are?
These have been nothing but a joke.
Nope. As usual in his rush to get the Demcorat Facist talking point out on the air the Fake news Clown Noise machine missed these two fatal statements
“In my personal View” which means his statements are meaningless noise.
Sondland: Ive never heard from President Trump that the aid was conditioned on the investigations.
Game over. That he assumed something is utterly irrelevant
Implicates them how? That they had a different idea of foreign policy then he did. That’s how.
